Network Data

Network Data helps campaigns organize around people and institutions, not just voter records.

It brings together useful community contact categories such as:

  • precinct chairs
  • HOA leaders
  • union chapters
  • clubs and organizations
  • faith leaders

What it is for

Use Network Data when the campaign needs to:

  • find trusted local connectors
  • identify community organizations in a target area
  • support relational organizing
  • plan outreach beyond door knocking
  • connect field strategy with existing local networks

Verified entries

Some entries are marked as verified. Treat verified entries as higher-confidence starting points, but still confirm details before important outreach.

How to use it in field planning

Network data is especially useful when combined with voter targeting and turf:

  1. Identify a geography or community target.
  2. Review relevant network contacts.
  3. Plan outreach to leaders or organizations.
  4. Use those relationships to support canvassing, events, volunteer recruitment, or issue outreach.

Tips

  • Keep notes on which contacts are active, stale, or high value.
  • Do not treat network data as a replacement for relationship building.
  • Use community contacts to make field work more locally informed.
