My Canvassers is the field team roster. Use it to track the people who can be assigned to canvassing work, field offices, blockwalk launches, and phone banks.

How canvassers are used elsewhere​

Canvassers can be assigned into other workflows:

  • Field Offices — staff or canvassers attached to an office location
  • Blockwalk Launches — people expected to walk turf during an event
  • Phone Banks — callers assigned to a calling window
  • My Turf — turf assignments that can be imported into a launch

Tips​

  • Keep the roster clean before a major launch day.
  • Use assignments to make planning visible instead of tracking staffing only in chat or spreadsheets.
  • Compare assigned people against event needs in Field Offices or Phone Banks before launch time.
